Hello friend, I just started my jewelry business and i am not getting how to make a durable earcuff as back wire gets break after 7-8 uses. They are cad products and I need to climb them up in the ear. They are in silver 92.5 and I m using general thickness as 0.9mm. Please let me know a way if there is something by which i can create a durable lock.

This is a really great idea . I've seen about 10 versions of this rose ring but this is the first time I've seen it done like this I want to buy a torch that will melt beads at the ends of 16 gauge 18 gauge copper wire. And I'm not joking I cannot figure it out from the videos I've been watching I've checked on Pinterest and on Google and on UA-cam and nobody's giving me a straight answer it's so frustrating if you have any idea what actually melts this kind of wire or what temperature I need to get I would ne ever so grateful 🙏

Hi guys 👋 Here’s part one of the wire rose rings. I’ll show you how to make the one with leaves in part 2. I made the last ring in this tutorial with 65mm in circumference, which is bit too long for size 7 on ring mandrel, 60mm would be enough. Although it is shape on size 7, after coiling the wires around the ring shank, the ring would become size 6-6.5. Feel free to adjust the dimensions of the ring to fit your own ring size. Have fun watching and making! :)
